Good evening Lovelies! Hope you've all had a lovely weekend? Don't they go quickly?
Tonight's make I am entering into http://craftcreatoins.blogspot.co.uk/
I got some lovely papers free in a mag and I couldn't wait to play with them, this is what I came up with. 8x8 white scalloped edge base card, the papers are double sided so the first layer and the top side panel are from the same sheet, the first layer I embossed using an M-bossability folder, I matted the top side panel on a bit of coordinating paper from same freebies, the doily is from my stash, which I matted onto the same paper I matted the side panel on, which I cut from the smallest large scalloped grand nestie, cut another scalloped circle with cream card which I inked with dried marigold DI, and stamped with a swirly vine also with dried marigold, the butterfly I stamped with black stazon onto a turquoise velum, then coloured with Sakura jelly roll pens to coordinate with the backing papers, the little roses I used the same velum cut with marianne die and leaves from same set, added pearls, voila! Think it's turned out ok! Not my usual sort of style but it's nice to experiment, thank you for visiting xx
